This package includes load cell installation pictures, wiring pictures and instrument operation videos that we provide free of charge, and you can manually assemble a small, accurate and durable platform scale that suits you.
The capacity is 500kg 1T/2T/3T/5T/10T/20T/25T etc, optional according to requirements.
1. Indicator (including power cable): The standard configuration is Yaohua XK3190 series high-precision indicator, which has been tested and durable!
2. Load cell: Equipped with 4 load cells, used for one scale, well-known brand, reliable quality!
3. Connecting cable (default 5 meters): one side is connected to the junction box, the other side is connected to the indicator.
4. Junction box: equipped with plastic four-in and one-out junction box.
You can make a complete, accurate and durable small scale just by using these accessories and your own weighing platform.
Precautions for the assembly process:
Detail 1: There are arrow directions on the load cell. After installation, when the whole platform is leveled, the arrow on the load cell is facing upwards. Don't install it wrong.
Detail 2: Please pay attention to the position of the gasket in the picture above. The purpose of placing the gasket is to leave a little gap between the side of the load cell and the scale platform.
Note: For the 5T floor scale, we are equipped with 4pcs 3T load cells by default. Theoretically, it can weigh capacity with max. capacity 12T. The daily weighing of objects that are slowly put on the platform with smaller impact and overload. Weighing 5T is appropriate. However, if you want to weigh a motor vehicle, you can only weighing it within capacity 3T. If you have to weigh a vehicle of more than 5 tons, the impact force of the vehicle is relatively large. It is recommended to choose a 10T capacity.
